Pink Marine Construction, Corp is a dealer for the Ram Jack system on the Gulf Coast.

Ram Jack repairs existing bulkheads that are constructed of vinyl, concrete, wood or metal.

Method: Excavate a minimal section behind the bulkhead and install an anchor helical system, the system is driven at a 45 degree angle through the unstable soil until it encounters significant load bearing soil. This can take up to 30' to 70' depending on the location and soil conditions.
A tri-plate adapter is then installed. The tri-plate has three points that attach to the shore side of the bulkhead; one point is in the middle of the wall where a hydraulic cylinder is installed. Then, there are two other anchoring points, left and right of the center anchoring point. Please take a look at the pictures below to get a better idea of the system.

Up to 20,000lbs of force is used to install the high-strength carbon steel tiebacks to hold back your bulkhead.
